D E Home Inspections was established with the mission of educating and protecting home buyers and sellers.  D E Home Inspections has always put the interests of our clients first. We do not have any "special" relationships with real estate agents or other industry professionals and always give our clients the option of being on the premises during the home inspection.

D E Home Inspections was founded by Martin Muth, a carpenter for over 20 years, who currently resides in Monroe Township, NJ with his wife and two children.   Martin has a wealth of knowledge and experience and has taken many courses on the subjects of home construction, architecture, and appliance repair and is educated on current trends and regulations.

  Martin's Professional Education Includes:

 180 classroom hours at Inspection21 Home Inspection Institute.
40 hours field work performing supervised Home Inspections.
 20 Year Self Employed Carpenter.
 Member of International Association of Home Inspectors, InterNACHI. 
 Member of American Society of Home Inspectors, ASHI.
 New Jersey State Licensed Inspector
 New Jersey State Licensed Radon Technician.
